WHAT WE DO
Sunax Ltd is our development company and Sunax ( Design & Build) Ltd is our traditional all trades construction company. We are based in Blantyre, near Glasgow, and cover all areas thRoughout the UK. Our project values range from £200,000 to £25m.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial construction is the main stay of our Company. We always act as Principal Contractor. Our projects include new build factories, NHS new build and refurbishment, brewery fit out and retail outlets.
RESIDENTIAL
Our residential projects are limited to direct Client appointments. Together with individual house owners we help realize their dream homes , carried out with a hands on personal touch and always working to a Clients budget .
DEVELOPMENT
Developments are a large part of our business. We work with Institutional Funders and private Clients to achieve their goals, whether it's a build and lease back or the realization of a Clients asset potential. Developments are primarily self funded or can be a joint venture.

Our two directors , Andrew and Scott Braidwood have over 40 years working in the construction industry . Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and Scott a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
